Sorry lads, I'd been looking for some worthwhile big fish fishing in the Hull area for a while, so now I've found it I've put an exclusive
syndicate of one on the lake! Had a hell of a job evicting Andy though

Some very unexpected big fish have come from Branny, including a 43lb Carp (when forties were like hens teeth),quite funny really, thinking of all the big
names that drove past that pit on a daily basis

Redfin is busy designing the ultimate boat casting rod Brendon, he is threatening to build it himself tho

Re the carp, 'Jumbo' to its friends, it was never caught in its original home, pit 3, because i don't think anyone knew there were any Carp in there! I think it turned up during a netting party and re-homed in Kevs pond were it was caught by various guests !! |

Exactly which pond are we talking about as there are lots of them. Is it the Hull and district ponds or one of the many others. Cheers

I'm not sure blowing it up with air would make it weigh 16 lb. You would probably have to insert 50 pumps up its vent to make it that heavy. You would be
better off with the old feed it loads of lead method I'd say! Talking of Jumbo, I was at Kev Clifford's recently and bumped into her in a glass case
hanging on the wall.
