Hello there , Im from the middle part of Sweden , just found the greatness in Tench fishing .
Just curious , whats the record in the UK ?
It seems that the lake i am fishing in holds a lot of Tench but rather small .
I have caught plenty of fish up to 2 kilo (4,4 lbs) .
Maybe there is no big fish in the lake ?
The biggest i have heard of was a 2,3 kilos (5,07 lbs) caught in a river that ends up in "my" lake.
The Swedish record is 5,460 kg (12,037 lbs) and it has been caught several times , it is known as "Bubblaren"( the bubbler?)
